The dingy suite was disappointing, especially the uncomfortable sofa bed that left me with backache. Despite the nice staff, the lack of quality and horrible WiFi made the stay feel like a waste of money.

Clean place & very very nice and courteous stuff at the reception desk. Gorgeous and delicious food. Good and fantastic location, to tourist spots in Avignon. Very close to cafes, restaurants, and historic sites, and communal areas....

Location is excellent, comfortable bed... parking near the hotel wasn't taken care of right away, then it was okay. staff was very attentive on the day of arrival.
The most unpleasant impression was left by the restaurant staff on the day of our departure during breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel until 10:30, we went down at 10:05. In the hall of the restaurant there was another couple besides us, who apparently did not come there much earlier than us, they were plying between the buffet line and their table. There was no staff in the hall. My husband and I chose the table and started choosing food. Suddenly there was a lady with a tablecloth in her hand and said we should follow her to the bar. When asked why she answered that she needed to prepare the restaurant for lunch (which starts at 12:00), so we should have breakfast at the bar. I tried to explain that we don't want to go to the bar, we want to have breakfast in the same place as the other guests. But the lady insisted on her own. We saw no point in arguing and decided we'd have breakfast in a different, friendlier place. The mood was ruined. The service doesn't match the 5*. Reception was very tightly apologized, not offering a cup of coffee as an apology.

I enjoyed my stay in a huge Classic Double Room that made me feel like royalty, and the spotless bathroom was a real treat. The hotel offered a lovely garden area and a relaxing sun terrace, perfect for unwinding. The only hiccup was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room, but it didn’t overshadow the overall fantastic experience! 😊

HUGE room in the center of Avignon, I was like a queen! The bathroom was very spacious with nice amenities. I appreciated the double paned windows. Soundproofing was effective. The staff was friendly and helped with great recommendations. Enjoyed the beautiful courtyard for drinks and relaxing. Breakfast options were good too!

Staff very helpful with excellent English. Beautiful "surprise" menu meal prepared by chef. Lovely old building inside old town walls. Easy access to main sights and good shopping.
No tea or coffee making facilities. WiFi was very unstable and kept dropping out.
